The circular saw has a recipe to turn 20 dirt into 1 quartz...not sure how a circular saw does that but who am I to say what a space saw can do?
Excuse the video quality, I don't normally use my laptop for recording. There were no items in my inventory prior to starting the drilling.
No voices, no intro, no outro, not monetized, and straight to the point. I know some people hate that, and I do too lol

I'm not sure about railings as I don't put anything cosmetic in my base, sorry. I did just check when I went in to make the video, and I can't find them anywhere
Oh those rails, I thought they were talking about the normal horizontal rails, which were in the game prior to the update, not sure where they are now, probably got lost to the void like the recipe for stone lol.
Quartz you can find on majority of planets. It has a little bit different terrain material:

When you press on the resource bar or (J) - you can check every resource pressing right click. It will tell you that quartz is also made from Dirt in Circular Saw

Railings are in the wall construction (custom):

Any word on when we'll have angled railings, for staircases? Aesthetics demand that stairs have railings, even if it's not actually a safety concern.
