Let's wait for a fix then.
An option to show/hide the oxygen barrier grid sphere would be cool.
Remove the grid clutter when building. Maybe when placing a floor or wall, have it only highlight the area that is moused over, instead of every connection point? It would make it easier building, and not misplacing. Plus it would make seeing what you are building better.
We have a sandbox to build whatever type of space station we want. As of now, there are only a few workstation's that give us a reason to recruit other astronaut's. Makes for a lot of wasted space IMHO. Not sure about everyone else, but I build big? Do you have any plans on adding things like vendors (food and possibly specialty shops) to sell? Maybe have the timer for traveler's that will visit, and buy food, materials, or even have specialty shops that can sell fabricated items?
Another idea would be that as with planetoids, you can have the radar scan and find derelict stations? Then you can roll up to them, have a bunch of salvage robots go to town and break it down? Then, like I said above, you can sell off the parts in a vendor shop, or possibly use the recycle machine to process into raw materials?
I like the game a lot. I love sandbox games. We can build on the planetoids. We can build space bases and such on them. At the end of the day, it is an empty station. Only 7-8 astronauts with jobs? Cryopod areas for visitor's. Visitor's can arrive, stay, shop, maybe use the school to learn something? It would bring this game to a whole new level.
Thank's for making the game. I am sure you have a vision on the direction it is going? Maybe some of my ideas will help? Maybe not? Looking forward to future patches to see what content gets added?
