Game stuck in blackscreen

I open the game, and after the logon it goes black, stuck. doesnt matter how much I wait for what ever I do, it stays there. Tried veryfing game files, update graphics, reinstall. Nothing. Help please!

They helped me on discord with this! My fix was to go into nvidia control panel -> manage 3d settings -> program settings -> and then set Vertical Sync to off. then it launched just fine! :) I hope this helps!

You sir, are a saint. I posted a thread about this issue but assume it got no responses because I went to great lengths to describe what I have changed and attempted. I recently set my NVIDIA V-Sync to on because my monitors started having issues with G-Sync. After posting my issue in 3 separate sites I honestly lost hope in playing the game again but this fixed it. THANK YOU!
