Offering Tables in Uzumaki Cave Discussion (Spoilers for quests)

has anyone figured this out yet. I've beaten the game multiple times (one doing 100% achievement) but never could figure that out.

At first I thought it was the 3 Usagi bunnies you bring back to the forest would be there after the quest. but nothing.
I thought perhaps the 3 Relics of Amaterasu at the end of the game but it's end credits right after. and no newgame plus or save to keep the relics...so that didn't work (though seemed the most likely)

and then there are the 3 sunflowers in the castle on the right side of each floor with Asahi's journal scrolls...but I dunno if you are suppose to leave those alone. attack them till they vanish...or what...but there was 3 of them

Does anyone have anymore ideas or have solved this part of the game? I do hear crying in the offering cave. I just wish i knew what "offerings" I'm suppose to put...or how.

The consensus seems to be either cut content or environmental storytelling. Nobody has gotten anything to work there yet.

Unless someone finds something, I think it's a sign of future updates and/or maybe dlc.

Oh I really do hope so.

I just finished the game again without dying (Master of the Teal Lotus hidden achievement) and I noticed the 3 offering tables in the cave are the same ones that rest amaterasu's 3 relics in the very end...

I REALLY want more to this game. I can't get enough of this game and hope for some DLC and hopefully in the future a Bo 2. I just love the ancient japanese folklore theme of this game.
