What do you think of the new update?
For me it's horrible!! My team is getting discouraged from playing. They are almost uninstalling the game. I have already contacted support, informing them that it did not improve the user experience.
I don't mind having separate dishes on different countertops and having more things to plant, but changing the time it takes to prepare dishes and the time it takes to harvest items that already exist, THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!

agreed. I am so disappointed with the changes. Having to send a cart for ingredients that takes hours to return with very small quantities is ridiculous! I have ended up in a no win situation... I need to send the trains for the items to send the cart to the islands but i need the items from the islands to send the trains ! What the hell!

From what I read people commenting, I think there are more people HATING this new update. My team, for example, one of them said: I want to have a restaurant and not become a farmer! I realized today that the Stage to play the songs no longer works. It only serves to take up space and increase the yellow flowers.

yea, also the customer ordering more dishes while the amount of xp you can get decreased, utter nonsense.

There is nothing good about the update, and none of my team is enjoying this version of the game. From what I've seen on the facebook page, no one likes it, but the official response has been along the lines of "just give it a chance - you will like it", which seems entirely condescending. If people are playing your game because it is one type of game (cooking), they will not enjoy the game if it changes to another type of game (farming).

Seems like a way of slowing down progress, when they should have just added more end-game content. Orders are bigger for less reward, you have to use the trader for a "chance" of getting ingredients (which takes 3-7 hours each trip), orders sometimes need 3-4 of a single item which makes you have to buy more slots on stations to complete it in one go, and stations like the food processor are impossible to use effectively with only the base amount of slots. A lot of dishes on a station need the same ingredients, so you're constantly grinding out the same stuff. Plus, with removal of the food store there is no way to "bookmark" a dish, so half way through setting everything up you completely forget what you're making in the first place. It's awful. The animals are grotesque too.

Highly suspicious that since people have been negatively reviewing the game and it dropped in rating a load of very similar positive reviews from similar accounts are popping up on the store page too. Really shady. The game on the store page no longer even resembles the game you actually get, which none of the new reviews even mention.

Oh look, the suspicious reviews have mostly disappeared now. I wonder why.

Mostly negative recent reviews. No surprise there.
