Report a translation problem
I do notice that if you click off any building that the dialog adds 'Press on "Output Storage" button' but I don't see any such thing.
Here I took a video of it, I'm not sure how to really post it so I put it in Google Drive. If that doesn't work just tell me where I can send you the link or video directly.

Yup, thanks, restarting it seemed to fix it!
I'd say it's still a bug that needs to be fixed though. I can see some people getting frustrated with it, and that being what makes them return the game.
Also, for that tutorial they might want to cut down on the number of signals that need to be placed. That seems excessive for a one way train tutorial.

For the signals part, you can press and drag to build multiple of them, all of those signals can be built in just a few steps.
