Cant unlock Stoneworks
Hellooo,

its not possible for me to unlock the Stoneworks. I need to have 500 Laborers to unlock, it still does not unlock with 650 Laborers. Whats wrong?

Assuming you have to built a quarry first, the stonework's is a town structure. So you can place it at one? if its still not accessible that is strange.

Yeah some stuff is a bit tougher to get figured out. Like requirment signals still give me trouble.
