Stone stuck in my station and won't move to the warehouse

I have run out of stone, even though there's 520 units of it in my station. I have a courier setup to carry goods from station to warehouse, which is successfully transferring sand and wood but not stone (I have the filter set to include stone AND cut stone). But the stone stays in the station and since it won't move to the warehouse, my stone total at the top of the screen is 0, and it's complaining that production is too low.

So how do I get the stone out of the station into the warehouse? If I have a courier with no filter whatsoever, the stone still won't move (but other things do move).

stone doesnt go to the warehouse it goes to the village to be manufactured into cut stone which is then sent to the warehouse

Also the warehouse can't actually store every kind of good. Click on it to see what it can. And when you build the warehouse storage upgrades you can start to store other stuff.

I guess I'll have to wait until I'm allowed to build stoneworks so that I can process the raw stone.

OK, I found out how to build a stoneworks. I had to click on my village hall first before the bottom menu would even let me see such an option.

this bug needs to be fixed. I was zoomed in close to my village, hadn't selected any other buildings - I made sure to click off whatever I was clicked on before because I know it'll filter the menu options. But I didn't realise I had to click on the village hall to see options relevant only to my village. If I'm zoomed in looking at my village with nothing else selected, the menu shouldn't hide stuff, IMHO.

any building in your village or piece of road will open access to the village build menu

There are a lot of things that don't appear unless you have the correct key building selected, it's not very intuitive and a bit of a pain. It look me ages to realise I had to build about 8 medium storage attached to my warehouse before you can build late game buildings.
