I tend to set up my brewery at the edge of town, as it lowers the desirability of the area around it. Since it's far away from the bars, I put a storage tank towards the middle of town and set the brewery to output there. Or I leave the output blank and use couriers to move the beer from the brewery to the central tank(s). Then I set that tank as the input for the bars. One brewery should be able to supply 3 bars. Do note that a single bar may greedily take all the beer available until its internal storage is full. That may mean you'll need full stores of beer before opening a 3rd bar and letting it take its stock.
Also note that that storage tank has be constructed separately of the warehouse system. You have to build it without having the warehouse selected, otherwise it'll be assumed to be used for Diesel or Jet Fuel.
