Trains not loading goods

I had 4 trains set, they were rolling through the stations, stopping at the right places, with the right cargo containers but at no point did they load coal or wood. Any ideas what I have wrong?

My cutstones are not loaded at all. All tips doesn't work. Sometme this game is frustrating. The train should load/unload automatically all cargo.

Selber Fehler wie bei mir, du musst anstelle von "Arbeiterwechsel" in der route auf beladen bzw. entladen gehen.

as someone already cleared up, I'm gonna leave an extra tip. when you start a route from a city it will default to "Arbeiterwechsel". When you start the route from a production point or warehouse then it will default to beladen/entladen. Be careful, I did a few mistakes myself like this

Thats a good tip actually! Thanks mate. Now i see why i was so confused. All routes worked fine until i had to send stone from the city, which is not a production point!
