Can't start the game

When i click play, nothing happens, steam says it's running but no game shows up

Q: I encountered a situation where I could not execute the game.
A: Please try the following methods:

1.Go to the game installation path Engine/Extras/Redist/en-us to install UE4PPrereqSetup_x64.exe.

2.Try running Steam as a system administrator.

3.Please check whether the game executable file has been deleted by antivirus software.

Just an update to share my workaround.
I managed to start the game by forcing the executable to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode (for whatever reason Windows 8 compatibility doesn't work).
So the problem may be between the game (or UE4) and my Windows 11.
