Still can't customize myself

As again, the title suggests, I still can't customize my character. My aspect and class stay as the default 'Class of Aspect.' And the same thing still occurs with picking a home to start in and my Sylladex.
And yes, I have tried going into the lobby and clicking on my icon. Both by making my own and joining someone else's. The bug persists for some reason.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the mods I downloaded.
I have no idea what causes this oddly game-breaking bug, but it is very annoying.
What I have noticed is when this bug occurred, the colored hoodie that I wore no longer appears on my character and might have been corrupted.
Are any of you guys with characters wearing the colored hoodie experiencing this weird glitch?
Cause if so, then I think I figured out what's causing at least the weird customizing bug.

I would also like to point out what I mean by "the colored hoodie," I mean the Roxy Hoodie.

go tothe mods discord or the google doc ask around the fandom and look at the mod pack that was linked to me and ask chirschan for my screenshare of the gimp prgoram and the otufit as a tutorial. steins geate code 4
