How do I hang posters in TGP?

please help i want to hang my posters and pride flags.
there needs to be a full guide for this.
i know i need nails and a poster, but how do i use them together to hang them on the wall?

UPDATE!!! i figured it out.
go to the DEPLOY button in build mode.
type in NAIL to the search bar.
rotate with N and M to make sure its facing the right way.
PLACE ON WALL.
hang poster.

i was silly thinking it was the nails from the Atheneum instead.
