Need Some Help

I've picked up the game a few times but it's been giving me some trouble. Coming here to see if anyone can help me out.

For starters, when I start a solo lobby, I'll play for a little bit and then leave. When I come back, I can't figure out for the life of me how to access that lobby again. I try putting in the ID, and I try searching the name. No dice.

Second, the SBURB building tools are either really buggy or I'm just really bad at using them. Most of the time, it seems like the area I'm selecting is super offset from my cursor. Additionally, when I try to delete walls, nothing happens. Sometimes when I delete floors I've made nothing happens. Then I'll just try to spam delete it and at some point it'll allow me to delete it?

Third, and I just had this issue, while I was clicking on containers the game started funneling everything from the containers into my strife deck. Additionally, it wouldn't let me remove anything from the deck.

I'd really like to enjoy this game because I love Homestuck but it's been a generally frustrating experience. I'm hoping someone here can guide me through these issues.

The solo lobby issue is easy to fix. Create a new session and put in anything to go the lobby screen. From there, found under "Load Session", click on the box with "Create a New Session" to reveal your other, previous sessions and load them instead.

The other things you're describing either take practice (the Sburb building controls take some getting used to), a feature that I want (how I desire the ability to destroy walls - the closest the game lets you right now is bulldozing floors, which isn't the same and can't happen if something is on the target area or a floor above it), or a glitch.

Awesome, thank you! Also, do you know how to like, remove a physical card form the sylladex?

You can't remove cards from your sylladex. If your goal is to ultimately expand how many items you carry, then you need to retrieve a card from a blue box, which is an item found within the "Deploy" menu in build mode, which will max out your sylladex slots.
