For a game released 2024? On the Unreal engine, is this a joke?

I was having the same issue but at a different resolution. If you have an nvidia gpu go to control panel>adjust desktop size>and make sure "override the scaling mode by games and programs" is checked on. After that different resolutions appeared for me.

Yeah can't go above 1440p here on my 4k monitor either. Game looking great though, certainly not refunding an early access title with a display bug!

The game has a full ultrawide support. Please try Alt+Enter to fix this.
You have to go to the windowed mode and change the resolution from there. It works!

Thanks Auzf! worked for me, first time i needed to change this setting for a game, and i am no stranger to games. guess this is a early acces problem.

you are all making this very complicated. Set the resolution to the max it will do(1600x900). Then do windowed then fullscreen. Back out of the game. Then come back in. You will then be able to choose the proper resultion. Not sure why but on the first go its like the driver and the game dont handshake on the fact they can do the proper resolution. You will need to change other settings anyway and a restart helps. Also recomend strongly using dlss. Oddly goes much smoother as you do. For some reason as you play though you will periodicaly need to restart as you progress as it lags. This started after the patch.

I have update the graphic drivers. But i cant set the graphics on 1920 x 1080 by me. I cant play the game without that. My mousecursor i cant click on play. This makes me angry. All games on my PC are going and this i cant click on the graphic and i cant click on apply. i set it on 1920 x 1080 but nothing is doing.. in the window of the graphic is an invisible barrier. Have anybody an idea how i can switch the graphic to 1920 x 1080 and an idea how i can click on apply. Thanks

No it does not and it neer did work. Still the same crap (res issue just a minor among all the bads) as it was 4 patches ago.

T3 you are the first I know of for whom nothing here worked. Are your GPU drivers up to date and is your screen resolution set correctly in Windows?

Just to double check, forgive me if I asked before: what native resolution does your screen have?

i ment that it dosnt change in settings, it still says wrong res, 1920 1080 for me. i cant know for sure that it works, except that it looks ok (not blurry).

just to tripple check:
have You tryed to patch this problem with code?
is Your code correct?

stop blame the gamers for something that you do or dont do as a dev.
this problem only occur in Your game.

it dosnt matter, i have uninstalled it now anyway.

The fact that it doesn't always autoselct the correct resolution is being looked into, yes.

My apologies if it sounded like blaming to you, that was never my intention. I suggested those steps so that you might be able to play in your correct resolution right away.
