That is a good question. Most of the more recent mods are for SE V. I never really liked the interface. I like SE IV better. I hope someone answers . I would like to know as well

(the borg ships can now have mobile space yard barges, and i think a month or 2 ago, the main modder mentioned they are getting back into modding for a future updates, but as far as i can tell the above link is the latest so far)
