I havent done a proper test, but it could be something to do with launching mods with the launcher, and then needing to start a fresh vanilla game again and modify settings to and from vanilla and mods, and then restarting the game?
Somehow restating also solved a problem I was having in another game (Caesar III), so give it a try if you're running into issues.
hi there should be a option/battle setting for "fast combat" and firing weapons can be ungrouped too.
if you that, it should help slow things down :)
So Old post but I ran into the issue again during a recent play through. just wanted to follow up and say Ruldra was correct. fresh restart of my PC and it went back to normal.
"Did you turn it off and back on again?"
Sometimes we think too deep into it lol
