Fantasy Draft? Expansion Draft?

Hey just wondering if there is a way to start a game playing in the NBA with a full draft of all players? The whole reason i play sports games like OOTP Baseball is to have my whole own little sports world of my own creation. The ability to only start a game by taking over a team with its current roster of players is super boring to me. Maybe im just dumb and cant find the fantasy draft option? or is this not possible?

This is not possible unfortunately,
We do not provide the option to have a fantasy draft option. We could look into it if several users are interested. It is not in the short term roadmap currently but it could move up if we see interest for it.
