How to beat Forsaken Heart on Homebrew modifier?
Just lost twice to the final boss again and might consider beating it nearly impossible.

Playing on homebrew modifier means that you'd at least have about 50-60% health left on average depending on how many of the drinks you have left yet the boss constantly spams missile attacks with a near guarantee of you getting caught in the AOE and dying within 15 seconds of starting the second phase

Just finished the Homebrew modifier and from what it looks like you have the case of ♥♥♥♥♥ DPS my dude.

Got two builds for ya, depending on whether you like shotguns or LMGs but both of these will melt every boss.

Shotgun build requires the use of the Beatrice 1887 (AKA the sawed-off Winchester shotgun) and these specific liquors:

- Chenrezig (dual wield)
- Packed Shells (3 extra pellets)
- El Cycle (last shot kill gives 50% mag ammo)
- Clarity (+50% damage focus but drains faster)
- Ricochet (obvious name)

LMG build build requires the use of the Magnolia 34 (AKA the MG34) and these specific liquors:

- Bullet Prince (no reloading LMGs anymore)
- Rambo (2x firerate but 4x accuracy decrease)
- Laser (25% accuracy bonus to offset the decrease)
- Homing Pigeon (returns missed shots)

The next liquors are all the same for both builds, those being the damage boosters (Enloudener, Statue's Gamble, Black Market, Adrenaline), survival (Halo, Hound's Blood, Animal, Hair of the Dog, Turtle, Field Medic), utility (Smart Gun, Meter, Cheshire) and focus (Rehab, Aperture, Time Tumbler).

Don't worry about the health decrease, just keep using focus and stay alert at all times.

These builds sound good! I have been personally struggling with this challenge, but these might just work for me. Thanks!
