Graphite pencils

Hi, firstly I really enjoy your program, its got the making to be great, one problem I find is trying to sketch with brushes it is hit and miss, its very hard to maintain a straight hand with a brush, graphite pencils would be a great addition and would feel more natural, or maybe also add pigment-based colored art pencils, watercolor pencils, or charcoal, just a few ideas to think about, think this software could be the best if you implement these type of tools, anyway your doing a fantastic job keep up the good work, by the way if you sold different tools as DLC I would definitely buy them and I'm sure a lot of people would, cheers pal

I was literally just thinking this. I would love a pencil to plan some ideas out, drawing with it would be super cool as well.

+ ink markers and paint markers, please! eventually spray paint, take it up to the 80s

but until then, that thinnest brush will help with planning, and put it on the bottom layer and delete that later!

I wished for some kind of import tool that will turn JPEGs into "Paint By Numbers" templates, but my wife just wants pencils for sketching. Looking forward to improvements over time. What a fantastic game...

That's definitely something I want to research. There are some samples of that online already, so it's definitely technically feasible.

yes, sketching pencils please. someday, it would be amazing to have aquarelles and a jar of water to wet them with; or ink pens and water for blurring and shading; and if you really want to give yourself animation nightmares, try simulating real watercolours (I know of only one iPad art app that ever got this right). but a modest sketching pencil or two would be nice.
