I don't know for steam version but on gog it's

C:\Users\ [XXX] \AppData\LocalLow\Wishfully\Planet of Lana\
Saves are named slot_0.sav, slot_1.sav and slot_2.sav

[XXX] is your windows user account.
You may need to unhide hiden files to make appdata folder to appear:
on file explorer click diplay then options / modify folders and search options then display tab then in advanced settings look for hidden files and folders and choose show hidden folders, files and drives then click apply and OK
