Is this the one where you hang off the ledge at the beginning of the scene and the 1-eyed Pig monster comes running at you then bonks his head and is stunned for a moment? If so, you just have to time it correctly, and the timing is acute. There really isn't any other way for me to describe it and unfortunately I've run into a save issue so can't go back in to make a video to show you. Wish I could be of more help.
Planet of Lana isn't in Early Access, it's fully released. The Puzzles often require absolutely acute timing as in you can't be off by more than 0.5-1 second.
Such a limited time I would define as 'frustration' rather than a videogame but I understand that everyone has their own opinions...
