How's the performance?

I want to get this game, but I'm a bit worried that the game will run like FF7R. Does the game suffer from UE shader compilation stutter like FF7R, how is your experience with the game on pc so far?

the game is using dx11 so no shader compilation from UE4

Running on a 2070 Ti Superclock and I'm getting a solid 120 fps with no dips so far, so I would say most pcs should be able to run this just fine at 30 - 60, if not smash it.

running terrible performance on my pc. stuttering, fps drops, lags and everything disturbed. i don't understand. because FF7R was perfectly runs on my pc.

Works fine on my machine. No stutters, no lags, short load times.

If you plan on running it on steam deck it has had a few stutters when it switches camera angles when the character are moving and talking. Also the game sound was crackling too. As of now though the stutters and funny noises have ceased. Running all high settings.

I don't have a steam deck, I want to play it on PC.

I ran the game maxed out at 1440p with a solid 120fps with no dips what so ever.

Game runs amazing. Even on the Steam Deck I get a mostly solid 60 fps with High settings.

Just bought the game, it runs very good I must say but I was scared at first, it had some micro stutters here and there in the first 10-20 minutes but those went away after playing it for longer. So far great experience, love the gameplay and overall feeling of the game.

1440p 120 FPS flawlessly at max settings. Wished Integrade ran DX11 instead and ran this smooth.

Running it on a not so good 1060 3GB and get a near perfect 60fps (sometimes a drop to 58-59) on high settings. 😊

3050 here 8 gig model

Vanilla settings, max settings 1080p 120 frames easily. About 40% usage.
Engine ini tweaks to make game even prettier 60 frames 70ish percent usage (can get about 90 with tweaks).

The only stutters I had were in the train station in the very opening, since then basically nothing to note dip wise.

I too had stutters at the very beginning with the train station/beginning behemoth fight! Wonder what the deal is there

Performance and optimization wise the game is amazing. The best part is that it does not have UE4 stutters as well.

Performance is fine, even with iGPUs AMD 5600G will run this at 900p pretty stable at 60 FPS. So probably any discrete low-end GPU will do for 1080p
