PS1 FF7, Crisis Core, then FF7R
However you could get away with playing
PS1 FF7, then FF7R, then Crisis Core if you want. It's seeming like they want you to play Crisis Core before FF7R2 but I don't think you really need to play it before FF7R1
I've even seen people go
FF7R, then PS1 FF7
but you'll miss out on some nods and implications if you do that. But that might not bother you, and it might be a better entry point for some people who get offput by PS1 graphics before they're invested in the universe idk.
I would probably recommend one of the first two options.
there was the japanese mobile phone game played as the turks, storyline to that
so much ff7 based history is out there hard to keep track of it all
and then side stuff thats missable
like ff7 vincents story, and the end outcome to get his true limit break
and an few events that are missable
