Good Match For Aerith achievement

Hello!!!! Not sure if you can see on my profile but I got the 3 achievements needed to get the final "Good Match For Aerith"! I got all pumped up until Bruno just told Zack they made an OKAY couple.... whaaaat???? Below exactly what I did and still I didn't get the achievement!! How is that possible? Anyone else out there? I don't want to start all over again :'(

Visiting each of the three shops before getting your wallet back
Give the boy up to five potion
Choose to wait 10 times when speaking to the girl
Choose “I’ll buy the medicine for you” when speaking to Bruno
Complete the perfume blending with a perfect result three times in a row
Complete the materia collection mini-game in under 14 seconds

I think there was one last choice where Aerith wants to go to the park at the end, and you have to choose to go right away when given the choice, rather than hang around the market area.

Go back and re-read that guide you're following, you will find it tells you to complete the perfume, then it says do it 3 times, that means doing the perfume 4 times, not 3. This is where you messed up. The option for hanging around or going straight away doesn't matter.

Nooooooooo :'( I am not going to go back, I still have the save, I'll try to get it once I have beaten the entire game, I spent too much time on that achievement already!

At least you have the save to go back to if you need it ;)

I had issues with this one either, but once I really concentrated on it, I got the achievement.

You got that all right. Just some further input with numbers.

1. Visiting all 3 shops to ask for clues about the boy who stole Zack's wallet, gives 30 affection points (10 for each shop).
   
2. Giving the boy 5 potions grants 10 affection points.
   
3. Waiting 10 times when speaking with the girl gives either a total of 10 affection points (so everytime extending the waiting time will possibly give 1 points)
   
4. Offering to buy the medicine gives additional 10 points.
   
5. Doing the perfurme game 2 times in a row with the perfect outcome will give 10 additional affection points, as every perfect blend grants +5 affection points.
   WARNING: Doing this wrong (+5 or -5 drops of oil away from the perfect outcome) will reduce the affection by 1. So rather save your game everytime you successfully blend the perfect perfume and reload if you fail!
   
6. You must be faster than 23 seconds in the materia collection game. Also this has to be done twice to gain a total of 10 affection points (as you only get 5 points for every time you complete it).
   I couldn't tell if there is a limit for affection points you get for the Materia Pick-Up Mini Game, but it may be possible to do this infinitely for gathering even more affection points, as long as you are quick enough.

All of this should result in 80 affection points, which are enough for the achievement.

Thanks for the extensive reply, I did the perfume stop only once to get the "perfumer" achievement, I didn't realize I had to do it several times to get the good match achievement too, that's what I missed. No problem, I have the save just before that, I'll go back once I beat the game.
