Has anyone not popped the achievement for this? I looked at two lists for the requirements and verified I had one from every send, but it didn't give it to me.

I'm having this and DMW Master not popping for me. I have every DMW 100% with the checkmarks I have every sender. I've followed every guide on the internet word for word.

Assuming you have, indeed, completed the achievement... Then its going to likely be Steam's bug where it doesn't properly register an achievement. The only fix is load a prior save and redo what you need to unlock the achievement again to save as much time as possible or if you don't have this option... redo it in a new game... At least those are the two most common solutions to this issue. There could be caveats if you want to Google any other suggestions or if someone pops in (like the FF7 original materia achievement issues) but I'm going to lean towards unlikely until someone verifies otherwise.

Yeah, I redid everything on New Game+ and got it around chapter 9 when I was cleaning up achievements for 100%. I missed the one where you have to climb up top in Junon since it's so out of the way. I apologize for making it out to be a bug.
