Super resolution
If you want to bump in-game resolution then old good unreal engine trick with ScreenPercentage works without issues.

Just edit %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCFF7R\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
Add at the end of file:

[SystemSettings]
r.ScreenPercentage=150

And enjoy crisp quality.

BTW, anyone managed to use DLDSR/DSR in this game? For me it does not work and ScreenPercentage is right now the only way to render in higher res.

Just use EU4 tweak u just mentioned as it works perfectly. DSR has too many limitations and sucks imo.

Any chance you could DM me with a version of UUE to download? The main sites links are broken.

on AMD gpu's we have an option called "Virtual super resolution" who let you play at up to 8k on a 1080p monitor, i think you should have the same thing in the green team, this would be simplier no ?

Yes :) team green has DSR, and DLDSR (which uses Deep Learning to resize upscaled image back to native resolution) though, like i mentioned for some reason this game does not allow to use DLDSR resolutions...
In the meantime ScreenPercentage is good enough alternative.

weird, for us you activate the option via the driver not the game so it works on every game

The same here, but some games does not allow to select upscaled resolutions (for example Persona Strikers), then usually the workaround is to change desktop resolution to the upscaled one before starting the game, but here it's going back to native even then.

Someone else already shared a bunch of stuff you can add to the Engine.ini files. It's kinda sad the devs won't allow this kind of stuff on the main UI and you have to resort to editing .ini files on the back end. Oh well.

Shouldn't you be able to enable DSR, change your desktop resolution and set the game to Virtual Fullscreen?

Does this game support ultrawide and if not does this trick fix it?

Super resolutions are not related to ultrawide support.
According to pcgamingwiki this game does not support ultrawide.

Here is my guide to setting custom resolution or increase render scale along with other graphical upgrades:
