Missing Digital Artbook and Mini Soundtrack....
For some reason, I'm still missing Digital Artbook and Mini soundtrack, even though I bought Deluxe Edition. When will it be available?

They got it right with the pixel remasters. SE always finds a way to disappoint.

in steam client when you click play should get option for playing the game or the digital content... usually dlc is just put into the game folder, but this time its a special program launched from the client.

It wasn't doing that before, but it's working now, thanks!
Yeah, it wasn't working before because it wasn't actually active before. Now it is, so now it works.

I might be doing something wrong but I see the download, I see the extra folder...but I see no artwork or mini soundtrack.

I've tried opening the exe and that just takes me to the game, I've tried scanning for music in the settings and that just pissed out all the music on my pc. I'll keep digging around for the answer though.

You can only access them in the app. If you are clicking on the CCFF7R_DigiCont.exe then it's not launching the game, it's launching the digital contents app where you view the artwork and listen to the music tracks.

The app IS the Digital Contents. It's a digital visual soundtrack like you'd get in a DVD special features menu, etc.

Is there any way to download the soundtrack? I finally got their app to load and while it's nice that you can play the music and flip through the art book, I'm extremely disappointed that it's only an app. I don't buy a ton of games, but any that I've gotten with music or an artbook have always been a PDF and MP3s. I don't think I would've bought the digital deluxe if I knew this is how it would be.

I'm clicking on CCFF7R_DigiCont.exe and a warning pops up about is this what I want to do. I say yes. It then takes me to the actual game and I can load up my save file and everything. I even tried CCFF7R_DigiCont-Win64-Shipping.exe and it does the same thing. I can't find any evidence of the artbooks or music in any options.

Sorry if I'm being a dunce, I've not done this sort of thing through Steam and I've tried following the support on the game's page to find the music and scan the folder to get the music to play through the steam player, logical stuff.

Investigating further and I am now experiencing exactly what you described. This hasn't happened before now, I've been able to launch the digital contents app with that .exe many times previously. There was a Steam database issue earlier preventing people from downloading the digital contents earlier and a fix was pushed out pretty quickly but that may have broken something else in regards to the .exe.

I am able to launch it normally through Steam however. From your Library page in Steam, go to Crisis Core Reunion and click Play. It should give you an option to launch either the game or the digital contents.

Perfect, this worked for me. I'd have found it sooner or later when I next played the game.

I found CCFF7R_DigiCont.exe, but open it is to GAME not for art book & OST. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Look at #38 by /JRPGGaming. Just go to the home page and play the game and you'll get the option to play the game or open the digital content.
