That entirely depends on when the point of divergence is between the original and Remake timelines, but as it stands, Crisis Core still happened in the Remakes. (Barring some alterations to the finale)
I always saw crisis core (And before crisis or after crisis) as past chapters of FFVII. Unless it is supposed to be an alternative universe that I never heard about. Just like Dirges of Cerberus is supposed to be part of the story as well. FFVII has so many episodes in this regard. x.x
