What's the technique to get past this part in the mine? You drop down to the disappearing tiles, ride the moving platform, ?????, profit? Not sure how to advance without infinite jumps

hi this area was SUPER difficult for me too! you after you ride the platform over to the single dissapearing tile with the platform to the left, you have to

1. throw jeff to grab the side
2. swing around to the other side and click down (to stop swinging/ fall down) to grab the other side of the block yourself
3. swing jeff over to the platform

My trouble with this is the grabbing the second side im bad at timing the drop down grab! This is how i did it i hope it helps!
