when you start to pay for cheats with external apps MH;UR devs can patch the vulnerability stopping the cheats for a while, but why does that stop the cheats temporarily? the cheat seller has to deal with chargebacks from all the mad cheaters who can't cheat now. chargebacks must be dealt with in 30 days, slowing his work down and taking his free time.
