No, the problem is that people read "0.5%" and think that means "guaranteed after 200 rolls"

It's the ONLY part where the devs are NOT trying to trick you! And guess why? EUROPEAN LAWS! HOORAY! You can't release lootboxes in europe anymore without telling people EXACTLY what the chances are and how it works.
Even the "1 two star chest guaranteed!" thing is a bit shady, because again... it's not working as promised. It says like... chest nr 1 (or 10) will be 2 stars, but i had multiple 10 rolls where only one of the middle chests was not a garbage chest, so 1 AND 10 were both garbage, KINDA breaking their promise / making false advertising again.

Just like me: 140 rolls total, got the three outfits from the first Plus Ultra Rolls, Momo (eh), a dupe on one of the outfits AND Ibara. This is a case of being brutally lucky, while others draw over 200 times and not see a single SSR.

I mean, I'm not a fan of how Gachas are being practiced in most games. MHUR is no exception - but I've only invested 5 Euro into the game, so I can weather that. Plus, the gameplay is more important to me - and it's good fun here and there.
That being said, I still stand by what I've said and would've liked a small reward for having X rolls. Bit of Gold, some other stuff like Gallery Pieces... but that would be too much to ask for.

The roll system is rigged to give you guaranteed character and rare costume in your first 4 10x rolls. After the first 4, the rolls are rigged against you.

If you want to ge tany character or outfit, make a new steam account and you will get it in the first 4 tries.

The problem is you roll 0.338% old items much often than the new 0.663% new item. It's occuring for many player above 80 rolls, which feels more like they didn't update the banner instead. I've gotten 3 UR item from previous banner instead of the new one.
