Shoto Todoroki doesn't work with how the game is changing.

He was too strong before. Now he is too weak. Alpha is so hard to hit with without auto aim, So his range game is so weak. When he gets too close his loses against all close range characters. He can't escape and gets cancled before getting to ride on his ice. If someone with mobility wants to target you, you are just dead. I don't want him to 1 shot with gamma ice, but make the other abilities more reliable. Maybe even making his special do more damage could work. Make the beta so they fall behind it not on top of it. He could also use one more beta ice wall, but that might be too strong I dunno.

I mostly just frustrated while I play him, whising he had a better chance, and being balanced.. They game just keep making stronger or more mobile characters that it is beginning to get stupid. All for one and Mirio is the proof of that. I am loosing sight of the fun aspect of this game and keep thinking of what I wish were different, this might be my last season.
