No one crated skin mods?

Is it even possible?
I mean, mods like my hero one´s justice, replace skins or put new skins like putting vigilante deku over the undefeated deku, that kind of mods, the client ones

My man, there no even anti cheat, and a skin mod is for client side so doesn't affect the multiplayer or something

It's for the enjoyment of the person who installed it. Plus it would show if someone decided to stream the game or record their game play for a video
