Give Deku 2 blackwhip shots

that's all i really want man, some other playable characters get 2 to 3 movement powers before cool down. if im wrong im wrong

Deku is also one of the strongest characters in the game. He doesn't need more mobility lol

Pretty much exclusively because of his projectiles, if they nerf that he'd probably be mediocre at best especially because his Beta quirk has terrible endlag and causes him to lose all momentum at the end of it.

Also OP, Blackwhip does get two shots...but only at level 9 for whatever reason.

and tsuyu has only 3 movement skills her invis is kinda useless since people see you anyway and her Q has no range at all so ? 0o
and "movement" skills ar worth nothing in the end because you cant escape of how small the final area gets and the range of the shooting chars

That's already too much that a tank character got 2 movement ability ... why is he a tank class anyway ? :x
