I fixed my game, my solution would only work for people who tried using an alt steam account and it did not work either
simple hard reset your router, thats how i fixed mines, for those whos affects only one steam account, someone had the same problem and contacted bandai namco support

^^^ this request id had the problem with only one steam account being bugged with matches, make sure to mention that 6 digit id and they might copy the solution from them to yours, obviously include your account version, located on the menu before you log in
and once again, for those whos affects every steam account you play, hard reset your router or get a new router, i hope you guys see this and get back to playing MHUR

idk man, im starting to get tired of this game. Once I finished my BP i'll stop this play this game for good until they fix the issue.
