Yeah she is fun, But i'm afraid if you only want to play her you will HAVE to buy some gems because the free ones aren't enough to get you to her immediataly w/o playing her

Have you tried joining any Agency? I don't know why but after joining one I got double exp for the license so I got 10k exp after a win, yeah, it's crazy. I've been playing for 30 hours and I've never gotten double exp after joining so I think maybe that's why.

Agency's can activate buffs that double License points. You joined one with an active buff.

You can get her for free very quickly. See the top guide on Steam. If you're out of hero crystals, have you purchased the ones you can get with event points? You get something like 8000 if I'm not mistaken. You can then use those to level the special pass very quickly, which isn't a bad use for them at all given how long it takes. As soon as you're 7 you'll get Froppy. I missed this opportunity myself as I exchanged crystals for tickets and I'm still very close to getting her after only about ~10 hours of play. - A fellow Froppy enthusiast

now imagine u have a job and want to play toga...
if they would give u tickets instead of the characters and u can only use them on the chaarcters that would be in the pass.... okay

but this fixed u unlock character X on that lvl and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ op bakugo being the lvl 2 one is annoying as hell.... once he gets out of free rotation, everbody owns him anyway....

Dude everyone gave you an answer. Just play as Deku and pretend blackwhip is the tongue and literally within like a few hours you will have unlocked her. Your "I dont think ill pay my way to it nor play as anyone to unlock her" is like saying you wanna play gta online but only if you get to start with a jet cuz you only like jets.

I know this is late, but just in case anyone else feels like this I'll say it. Quite literally by the time you unlock bakugo or todoroki if you just focus on doing the event missions when you play, you can grab the hero crystals from the event shop and will have enough (when combined with the free ones for making an account) to buy enough exp for froppy. I don't recommend that and it definitely WON'T get you to toga but it is an option and only takes a few hours at most.

I unlocked her a day or so ago, using event gems to level special license faster, its not hard, also agency license boost helps alot

This is what I did, unlocked 3 characters with one click.
