If i activated my Agency buff i'd already have All Might but i didn't so i'm still not there. Without Agency buff it'll probably take an active player 2 weeks. A less activate player a month.

An active player with an Agency buff could prob finish it in 3-4 days.

how do you activate agency buff

the agency gets 1 every lvlup and then the leader needs to pop it, it lasts 6h iirc.
