CHANGE LANGUAGE SETTING

I'm using English atm, but I want to change to Japanese at the same time to study myself and I can't find it where to change

but I don't think there is a setting for the display language, I can't find it anywhere

You need to go to the steam and press property of the game, you should be able to change display language to Japanese in General. I use Japanese audio and display right now

Alr thx I wanted to change my language from french to english.Why can't we change the language in the game itself?
