Time of Release? (Steam)

How many hours is it going to drop on Steam? For some reason, Steam doesn't show the countdown of hours of when its going to be released.

usually they release games at 4pm england time but im not 100%

For Ps4 they accounced 12:00PM so i think 12-4pm should be our window

That's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i'd understand if it came out on different days in different countries but why on earth is it read for console and not steam, and why would they only need one day to get it ready for pc?

We're running a few last routine checks on the Steam version and plan to release it within the following window:

9/28 PDT
9/29 CEST

*Release timing is subject to change.

Meaning most likely a midnight /3am launch for pc
