Nerf Toga

Enemy Toga* literally casually walk to me in the bush while I'm drinking potion, instantaneously killed me. There is no way to differentiate them, thus it's so broken. Maybe added red aura or something else, so at least be able to recognize the enemy could fix that.

Jokes aside, Toga is basically the Spy from TF2 - her whole gimmick is to deceive you.
Unlike Spy, she learned to THROW those knives in self-defense.

But Spy can't shoot unlike Toga. Bakugo-disguised enemy Toga can throw Bomb at you, or worse Dabi's trap of what we thought to protect us, killed us instead.

Or maybe could be added is: while Toga disguise as someone, they still using her skill instead of her enemy. Making Toga more easier to adapt for new Toga player also.

If Toga manages to infiltrate her way in like that. She deserves the K.O. I've played Toga the most out of any other character, and I use her transform ability when I'm on cooldown in a fight. Then revert back when I've exhausted all the stolen abilities. Rinse and repeat. To actually use it to fool an enemy is a rare occurrence. I will admit tho, when I first started playing and saw double of a teammate I thought the game was bugging out until I found out Toga can be a SPY!

Yeah, Toga's biggest strength is that she rarely is out of cooldowns thanks to just "borrowing" someone else's cooldowns. Her Alpha is ok if you got nothing else and she can run away with Beta, but taking someone's attacks, using them, then reverting to Toga to take attacks again can make it really difficult to keep up.

That constant back and forth with Toga is what makes playing her so much fun! Especially when you steal Iida blood. free turbo boost with no repercussions. Or constantly stealing revive quirks in the heat of battle reviving your teammates nonstop in fights

Nah Toga doesn't need a nerf. Hell if there's a teammate running at you while you're in a bush and you know there's 2 of them on the map. You should always assume they're a Toga.

No normal teammate is going to see there teammate healing in a bush and go to you. Also Toga can't see where you are like that. You can only see where she is. So she's already at a huge disadvantage when transformed.

Pay attention to your teammates location then. Theres no way shes he able to sneak up if you knew their location. If your teammates are close theyd attack the clone & if you are far then by process of elimination they'd never get back in time and it's a Toga

Togas whole shtick is to borrow someones elses power its her strength and weakness cause now like you and your team know where she is anywhere on the map xD and from my experience its not that hard to isolate who she mimics
