1. What does the CP (blue) level do in agency?
2. How do you get more agency points, they seem to be very little daily and season limited
3. Are top agencies using new accounts to dump the early points and then kick?

1. For Agency Rank. Higher Rank = Higher Agency Capacity.
2. No, Agency Points can be obtained randomly from matches. Most I got is 500 AP in 1 match. So, don't worry to donate the Agency, it's not scarce.
3. From the rumor I heard is some people exploited this (2), thus making many account to boost Agency Rank. This act considered cheating or not is still vague.

ye i guess they do since there is an event with 5 k agency points.

You slap them all into an Agencys Gym so your XP multiplier for unlocking special pass goes faster, which means more characters.

The gym only levels up your player level faster which as far as I know offers zero rewards. It's only when the gym levels up that you get a license boost that contributes to the special license whenever the leader chooses to use it.

Okay so after having spent more time leveling up my agency I've discovered that when the Agency reaches specific levels you will get a License XP Boost. It's not exclusive to gym level ups. Sometimes you get another member slot, sometimes it's an XP boost as well. Haven't kept track of the specific Agency level up rewards.

AT THE TIME OF THIS POST GYM IS USELESS. PLAYER LEVEL IS USELESS. There's no prestige system that grants rewards. no way to reset your level to 1 with an extra fancy indication you prestiged.

Gym does not level up your license which is the only thing we care about right now. What levels up your license is the license xp boost your agency leader decides to use which lasts 6 hours.

so I capped XP on everything and it stopped showing me the 3 things Gym also boosts. soz

by the time you've gotten 20% on anything in an agency you also probably have enough gold to buy every skin that allows you to buy it.
i guess you could level contribution point gain to level gym faster but you're just delaying leveling the gym later. the money becomes useless
