is shadowban/soft-ban real?

Is this " https://imgur.com/IJrdVO2?r " image real? cuz i often just quit when i got k.o-ed.
And since i start playing the game i never got that kind of notification tho.
If its true, which "disconnect" is it? Is it leaving after you K.O-ed or leaving in the waiting room?

I often just quit whenever there is a cheater in the lobby and the game don't tell me if i got shadow ban

Apparently the message happens after the tutorial, which the game says "Just go ahead and skip it, it's not important anyways!", so yes, the message is real.

Pretty sure there either is no leaver queue, or the leaver queue has SO MANY PLAYERS, that it makes no difference if you are banned or not.

I recreate another accont and went to tutorial. after it ended i didn't got the message?

I tested it out,its real.I did it by leaving matches as soon as they started(sorry about that teammates,i sucked at the game at that point anyways)

And no,you don't want to do it on purpose to get bot matches for easier matches that still complete missions.You still need 2 other players to make a team with,the game doesn't give you bot teammates,it will just tell you "no players found".And it will happen most of the time,since i guess that players put there just stop playing the game.

Doesn't seem to affect ranked though,i can still find regular matches there,unless you would need to leave ranked matches(which i didn't) to get soft banned as well.

Yes,i only left unranked matches and only got soft banned in them

the point of a shadowban is that it happens to you and you're not supposed to be able to tell anything is wrong.

The tests were me leaving matches right away until the queue visibly changed,and the proof is that the queue did indeed change,in between the last match that i left right away and me pressing battle the next time.
From near instantly finding people to just not doing so at all,or doing very rarelly sometimes,after which a period of several minutes is followed by waiting in lobby for at most a second team to show up(extremelly rare) before the bots fill the rest of the spots.
This result remained consistent afterwards for several days at different times of the day,just in case you though every single player in my region just stopped playing at an arbitrary time that one day

It only shows up after the tutorial, when you first check out the Missions. This is also why the screenshot is in the Missions Menu.

hmm nope. i open the Mission exactly after i finished the Tutorial and no, no such notification :/
