this should be implemented tho, if not yet everyone just hopping from one agency to another just for EXP Boost just like what happened now already.

hah yeah i imagine people will find a away to abuse it.my agency only had few boots and then i was offline for any so i lvled up naturally but yeah there should be penatly for agency hopping like that
