Ham Blueberry and Cheese Request Bug

Is anyone else experiencing not being able to pick up the blueberries on the pancakes in front of Ham and the cheese inside the trashcan even after talking to Ham about his request?

Yes! I thought I was going crazy. I was hoping there would be another patch soon because this glitch combined with the glitch of not being able to give the last mushroom samples i'm completely stuck.

Getting the same problem with the cheese only, it's my last achievement also (edit: I did a speedrun just for Ham and there were no bugs this time so I picked up both items, gave them to him, quit the game and like that I unlocked the achievement)
