Social Butterfly

I don't want to say its a bug, but I've talked to literally everyone, 100% the game in every other way and Social Butterfly is still sitting at 19/20. Is there someone I've missed? Please help.

Same thing happened to me and I can't figure it out. I assumed it was Greg, but obviously not..

I have the same problem. In discord, it was mentioned that the well creature counts as a neighbor . Unfortunately, any interactions have been unsuccessful. Perhaps you have to fulfill certain events? But I already finished the game, so maybe it's a bug.

I'll answer my own question for me it was well creature . I'd recommend talking to the above and then making sure to talk to everyone at the ending.

Did you go to the cave by the little ladybug corral?? There I found my last person to meet and I had no idea it was there.
