lol sure that bs excuse. Reality is that the id*ot relized that the whole scenes were completly rewritten and you couldn't simply slap the old h-scenes on it. Too much work for a lazy wannabe MTL fan "translator". Lucky him that the release had a smaller problem with typos to shift the blame or he would look really stupid ;)

"steam patch file" and "restoration patch" are links you can click
