Moros Protocol

Moros Protocol

Demo Feedback
I had fun in this demo.
The full game has a great potential if the story telling is good in the single player campaign.
I still don't know how the devs squeeze a 3D action game into 449MB disk space.

TBH, I don't know the keybindings at all. This is what I would suggest:
1. Don't use RMB for dodging. For many many FPS gamers, RMB belongs to weapon aiming.
2. Because space key is already used for jumping and cannot be used as dodging, my suggestion is to assign 'c' to dodging.
- 'shift' + 'w' + 'c' = slide
- standalone 'c' (or standalone 'L ctrl') = crunch
- direction (wasd) + 'c' = dodge
3. HP heal can be any key except 'c'
4. It would be the bet to allow players to define the key binding freely in the settings.

Somehow I didn't get to find any firearms.
The game ended up very difficult for me to defeat the enemies with just a sword.
And it hurts a lot when the enemies hit my character.
I haven't proceed too much but I had to quit after 10 frustrating deaths.

Hello, thanks for trying out our game. You can find weapons behind the locked doors you unlock with keycards (you start with 2).

This demo is a very old one and the game is in a much more advanced state at the moment. We are working full time on finishing this project. Full keybindings will be available in the final game.

Yeah, I felt very similar. Using RMB to dash isn't a good idea. Maybe quickly press W twice to dash or shift to dash and hold it to sprint like Shadow Warrior. Or make a character sprint automatically and allow the user to toggle sprinting or walk(like C or Caps Lock). Control and keybindings in this game is quite confusing and not familar with any other first-person shooters.

A fresh demo build will be available within the week as per the developers announcement. Let's see how this will look!
I liked the RMB dash.

Sometimes you have to break old habits.

No reason to RMB aim in this small-room game. I played Return to Castle Wolfenstein (MP) for years with the RMB being the jump button. It worked well.
