Personally, I am most interested in how many units each race will have.
Will there be any mechanical machines or the units we have seen at the Harkonen's now are all their units?
I don't mean air reconnaissance units.
I mean, for example, a reconnaissance fast attack vehicle, tank, rocket launcher
Thank you.
They have ignored this question as energetically as they have been insisting on green Atreides to keep true to the book.
Might as well ask them how that is supposed to be Nefud, described in the book as:
"He was yellow-haired, flat of face with green eyes. Crisp lines radiated from his thick-lipped mouth. He looked like some water creature misplaced among those who walked the land."
Their mantra of staying true to the book is restricted to green Atreides.
But let's be honest, on a grand scale they will lose what? Two sales from die hard fans?
I'm inclined to not buy this. Definitely not unless it is on deep sale. Not because of red Harkonnen and characters who look nothing like how they should, but because of green Atreides with the explanation they gave followed by red Harkonnen etc.
---
If I squint and also pretend I'm color-blind, it ALMOST resembles the House Harkonnen described by Frank Herbert.
Shallow reason not to buy.
The books are more than just how the characters appear.
Can you design better characters?
