Is it just me? Game crash on start

Hey, is this just me, or anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, I am having the exact same issue. Steam shows "Launching", a command prompt window pops up and disappears, and then literally nothing from that point. I have tried all sorts of things, including editing the options.ini, as well as uninstalling/reinstalling, and the same issues. But, now, after the reinstall, the options.ini does not get reproduced, so now it is completely gone, and since the game won't launch, it doesn't get recreated.

So, I uninstalled/reinstalled again, shut my PC down (I had rebooted it earlier), cleared any residual in the RAM, booted back up, and now it is working again.

On the game tab, choose manage local files, choose the file options, open it

Yes, about five of six times it not started today (as host and non-host). Either it said it starts and then not did it or my screen froze when I tried to join a lobby.

Great how stable this game is still one year after official release... 8-)

Had the same problem I've tried 3 different machines all with 8GB video cards and it kept crashing at startup. had to reduce graphic settings to medium to get it to stop. haven't had any issues since and don't see any difference in the video quality anyway.
